Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 8, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Nolradar ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the website and related services (the "Service").
2. Information we process
- Browser storage. The app may store preferences (e.g. scanner filters) in your browser using local storage. This data stays on your device unless you clear it.
- Server and logs. Like most sites, servers may automatically receive technical data such as IP address, user agent, and request timestamps when you load pages or call our APIs. We use this to operate, secure, and debug the Service.
- No accounts required. The Service is designed to work without registration. We do not intentionally collect names, emails, or government IDs through the core scanner unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g. via a future contact form).
3. Third-party services & APIs
The Service fetches public market data from third-party APIs (e.g. Polymarket, Kalshi). Those requests may be visible to those providers under their own privacy policies. We do not control how they process data.
4. Cookies
We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for the app to function. Analytics or marketing cookies, if added later, will be described here and, where required, offered with your consent.
5. Retention
Server logs and operational data are retained only as long as needed for security, debugging, and legal obligations, then deleted or aggregated where feasible.
6. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the Service. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will adjust the "Last updated" date when we do.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, use the contact method published on the site when available.
